This test is based on Chapter 2 of the Educational Focus book and counts as two contact hours (0.2 CEU) towards recertification. The course is a self-study course with a timed online test. Learning Objectives - After reading Chapter 2 (pg 19-30) you should have learned about: • The operation of several different door operators • How to keep a door operator package working properly • What the main difference is in elevator controllers • The kinds of door controllers used for glass doors or doors on unusual size • The electrical-safety issues involved in installing door operators Enrollment Procedures • Purchase the Educational Focus book if you do not already own it. • Register and pay online with a credit card. • You will receive an email confirmation with the Educational Focus Guide and instructions for taking the exam. • Use the provided online link, ID, and Password to login to the Online Testing Center. • If you scored 80% or above, you will receive your certificate of credit via email. |
